Scalloped Corn

Melt 1/2 stick of butter or margarine in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Mix in 1 can of cream style corn,
1 can whole kernal corn (including the juice),
1-8 oz carton of sour cream,
1 box jiffy corn bread mix
optional: 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. This is good with or without the cheese.
